Site Maintenance Coordinator - 267572: - Hands on role with variety and autonomy - Innovative & diverse culture - Professional development opportunities About Your Role: We are seeking a Site Maintenance Coordinato r to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability and performance of fixed plant equipment onsite. This role will be based at our Bassendean Maintenance Facility. Reporting to the Site Facility & Technical Manage r, you will coordinate maintenance activities across site, balancing planned and reactive work while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll work closely with operations, contractors and technical teams to drive safe, efficient and continuous improvement outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate preventative and breakdown maintenance to optimise plant availability - Investigate equipment failures and implement sustainable solutions - Plan, schedule and track maintenance activities using SAP or similar system - Manage contractors onsite, ensuring compliance with safety and governance requirements - Maintain accurate records across maintenance systems and registers - Support capital w...
