Description Job Title: Application Support Supervisor: Department: Information Technology: Reports To: VP, Information Technology: FLSA Status: Exempt: Travel: 10%: Job Summary: The Application Support Supervisor role is responsible for leading and driving initiatives related to Altor’s financial and business systems, including the Company’s ERP, NetSuite. Additionally, this role is responsible for the development, implementation, delivery, maintenance, continuity, and support of NetSuite, ensuring that all users are well-trained and equipped with the knowledge to effectively utilize the system to its fullest potential. The Application Support Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain connectors with other software used in the organization. The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic and motivated individual who can collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable steps.
