Job Description: The Role We are seeking a Director of Alternative Investments, Regulatory Reporting & Product Strategy , who will be responsible for assessing how new investments and changing requirements affect the regulatory reports and filings produced by the Shareholder Reporting Team. Primary areas for evaluation will include complex instruments (e.g., derivatives, short securities, alternative and digital assets), emerging regulatory changes (e.g., new SEC rules, US GAAP accounting and reporting updates) and complex and innovative products. You will assemble critical information and coordinate comprehensive end to end analyses for production team leads to interpret impacts.
