Job Description BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Location: Cordova / East Memphis, TN Setting: In-Clinic | Full-Time: Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 + Bonuses + $3,000 Sign-On A growing, privately owned ABA clinic is opening a brand-new location in Cordova, TN , serving children ages 18 months to 6 years old with autism in a collaborative, in-clinic setting. This is a rare opportunity to get in early at a new center , help build a caseload, and play a key role in shaping clinical quality and team culture from the ground up. What You’ll Be Doing: - Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, etc.) - Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans - Analyze progress and adjust programming as needed - Provide weekly parent training and updates - Supervise RBTs and interns in-center - Collaborate with leadership to build and maintain a high-quality program - Coordinate care with in-house Speech and OT providers - Manage insurance authorizations and clinical documentation - Maintain a manageable caseload (8...
