Job Description: About the Role We’re looking for you —a skilled Staff Engineer passionate about building innovative data solutions. In this role, you’ll design and maintain products that power dentsu’s B2B marketing vision using cutting-edge cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate with a team that values creativity, problem-solving, and delivering real business impact. Please note that t hose who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. What You’ll Do: - Lead project initiatives and foster collaboration across teams. - Mentor and support engineers as they grow in their careers. - Partner with stakeholders—Product, Data, Design, and Executive teams—to solve technical challenges and strengthen data infrastructure. - Create monthly data assets and enhance processes to effectively leverage these resources in meeting client requirements. - Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless data sharing. - Communicate clearly and document processes for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Work on dentsu's Snowflake Native App framework and search innovative solutions. - Use Agile practices and AI tools to deliver features...
