Description Position Objective: Under general supervision, the Facility Maintenance II employee performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled duties in the maintenance tasks, repair, and renovation of facilities. Responsibilities include plumbing, remodeling, painting, and a variety of other related craft work as assigned. This role operates a variety of maintenance equipment including hand, power, shop tools, etc. and to do related work as required. The nature of work requires sustained physical effort involving continuous light work and occasional heavy work in moving or lifting furniture and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Work hours Monday-Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm) - Water batteries and perform light maintenance tasks on the electric lift truck fleet. - Maintain housekeeping in common areas on the production floor. - Conduct various facilities safety and preventative maintenance audits and repairs. - Maintain internal and external facility lighting fixtures, including replacement of ballasts, light bulbs, and fluorescent tubes as necessary. - Perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled maintenance, repair, and minor construction work involving plumbing...
