Job description

Reporting to the Head of Children Services, this position supports a portfolio of 7 early learning childhood centres and 5 out of hours school care centres located across the Northern Territory. The portfolio is split geographically; the Top End encompasses the greater Darwin region including Palmerston and Howard Springs and Central encompasses the greater Katherine to Alice Springs region. We are seeking a details-oriented and results driven individual to join our team as the Enrolments Officer, Children’s Services. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the enrolment process, communicating with parents and guardians, and ensuring a smooth transition for children into our childcare centres and out of school hours care (OSHC) programs. 5 days a week, with part time hours considered.
