401k Payroll Contribution Specialist

Job Description This position will focus on the “Money In” portion of the 401(k) process. The incumbent’s primary role will be to process, reconcile, and trade all payroll files received. This includes reviewing related suspense accounts and reporting on outstanding participant account balances regularly. Additionally, the incumbent’s duties will involve extensive troubleshooting of payroll related issues, initiating funding for payroll files and addressing the integrity of participant data. The incumbent will also have regular communication with internal Account Managers/Client Service Consultants as well as occasional client communication . - This position is remote (within the U.S.A.) and does not require regular in-office presence. What you do: - Develop new technical skills and expand knowledge of our systems and recordkeeping software to find better ways to service our clients and adapt to system changes and upgrades. - Download payroll files uploaded by sponsor-to-sponsor web. - Track receipt of deposits. - Reconcile trust deposits with payroll files. - Process payrolls for plans through Relius recordkeeping system. - Execute trades immediately upon receipt of file and match...
