Job Summary As NetApp continues to grow and thrive, the need for a strategic and forward-looking HRBP is paramount. The HRBP will hold the primary strategic and tactical relationships for client business groups and diverse HR COEs to create a high performing environment. The HRBP based in France, will primarily support NetApp’s GTM business units for our France & Western Europe regions, and representing HR. Reporting to Head of HR EMEA/LATAM this role is at Senior HRBP level. This individual will be a key member of the EMEA/LATAM HR team and will collaborate with the wider HR community to define and execute the HR strategies in alignment with the business objectives. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with robust HR subject matter expertise, is business savvy, and a compelling influencer, consultant, coach and trusted advisor. Experience in delivering organizational change is also highly desired.
