Permanent Part-Time | 7-Day Roster | Hobart What You’ll Do: - Be a friendly face for our passengers, answering questions and providing travel information - Assist customers with ticketing, reservations, and sales to ensure a smooth journey - Support our drivers and ensure a comfortable travel experience for everyone - Assist passengers with luggage handling when required - Handle phone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner - Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of customer spaces - Ensure cash handling and transactions are secure and accurate - Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, to keep Hobart moving What We’re Looking For: - A strong background in customer service – experience in transport, retail, or hospitality is a plus - A proactive and hands-on approach – you enjoy interacting with people a...
