Jovian Concepts, LLC is looking to hire a System Engineer Level 2 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area. A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time. Seeking a Tactical SIGINT Systems Engineer Level 2 who will triage and analyze end-user COMINT, ELINT, and FISINT collection, identification, and location military mobile platform (air, land, sea) requirements. The Engineer assists stakeholders in refining technical capability requirements for tactical collection systems, evaluates US commercial material solution alternatives, conducts feasibility analysis, presents procurement and/or project execution courses of action, and contributes to tactical sensor capability systems architectures. The Engineer will review tactical sensor technical documentation, KPPs, White Papers, and other key systems engineering artifacts such as HW and SW test plans, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Capstone Event criteria.
