Rate of Pay: £528.60 - £699.00 per day Summary: Plymouth City Council is seeking an experienced and driven Programme Manager to lead delivery of the Family Homes for Plymouth Children Programme — a flagship transformation programme within Children's Services focused on improving outcomes for children and families while reshaping how support and care services are delivered across the city. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a strong change manager with significant Children's Services experience and the ability to lead complex transformation programmes across multi-agency environments.
