Reports to: Supervisor and or Manager Overview: Under the direction of the Supervisor or Manager, the group leader is a non-supervisory member of the work group. The GL/TL (group leader / team leader) is responsible for the work product of the team. They are responsible for ensuring adherence to safety, quality, quantity, housekeeping, and company policies, procedures and standards.
