PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Light to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. - Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body and arms. - Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods. - Frequent walking between various hotel departments. - Ability to work under varying noise levels and environmental conditions. - Ability to safely perform tasks with attention to safety protocols and lifting techniques. MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: - Communication Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing. - Problem-Solving: Ability to evaluate situations quickly and handle guest concerns, while anticipating and preventing problems. - Composure Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and professional during busy times or when handling guest complaints. - Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, from guest service to operational duties. - Attention to Detail: Must be able to assimilate complex information and apply it to day-to-day operations. - Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions and understanding financial data.
