PURPOSE: The District Operations Manager (DOM) is responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of all U.S. sales branches. Working closely with the National Sales Manager (NSM) and their focus on driving sales and expanding market share, the DOM’s primary focus is optimizing operational processes, managing resources, and maintaining infrastructure across the sales organization. This role oversees the execution of corporate strategies, ensures compliance with company policies, and upholds the highest standards of operational excellence and profitability across all U.S. locations.
