The Product Manager, IA Enablement provides broad product leadership across the enablement pillar's portfolio: the internal automation platform, citizen developer tooling and experience, and AI-enabled products and reusable agents. This role brings product thinking, a clear vision, and outcome-based prioritization to treat Mayo Clinic's internal automation and AI capabilities as products, with users, value metrics, and intentional roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: Bachelor's and 4 years' experience in a professional business environment - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IA Enablement portfolio of offerings. - Treat the internal automation platform (UiPath stack, shared services, reusable agents) as a product with measurable user outcomes. - Own the product experience for citizen developers, including tooling, documentation, support, and self-service. - Define and prioritize reusable AI-enabled products (e.g., shared agents, accelerators, templates) that amplify delivery across pillars. - Partner with the Senior Manager, Program Manager, and Senior BA on discovery, experimentation, and measurement. - Translate user needs into prioritized backlogs and clear outcom...
