About the role: The Manager of Business Systems leads the strategy, implementation, and operation of T he N uclear C ompany 's (TNC) enterprise applications and business workflows, with a primary focus on ERP transformation and enterprise integration. This role requires deep expertise in end-to-end NetSuite and UKG implementations and the ability to articulate complex implementation methodologies to both technical and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions to ensure systems meet business needs and scale effectively.
