The Assistant Director, Career Services, will provide career-related services and programming for University of Miami Herbert Business School graduate students and support the mission of the Unanue Graduate Career Services Center. Assist the Center by performing specific duties in identified areas and working independently toward carrying out departmental objectives. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS: Provides individual career coaching to students regarding career planning and job searches, including self-assessment, career research, resume and cover letter review, interview preparation, and professional skills development. Documents coaching sessions in department system including notes, outcomes and follow-up assignments. Performs outreach functions with groups such as students, faculty, staff, alumni and employer recruiters to effectively engage in career-related activities.
