Technical Specialist The Musco Warranty Department has an opening for a Technical Specialist at our Oskaloosa office . This position is responsible for maintaining all Musco product in the field, both warranty and non-warranty covered, to keep operational. Provide frontline support to customers and the Musco Team, being the technical resource on Musco products. Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 10:00am - 9:00pm (3:00pm lunch) Essential Criteria: - Associates degree in electronics is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience - 3 years’ experience working with electrical installations and troubleshooting in a commercial or light industrial environment a plus - Experience with control systems, project management, and technical support is a plus - Must be knowledgeable on technical lingo associated with electronic systems and/or communications including one or more of the following – cellular, Ethernet, fiber, and networking or have the ability to learn - Working knowledge of single phase and three phase electrical power and DC electrical applications, or have the ab...
