The COS will lead mission-critical cross‑functional initiatives, actively challenge and shape strategic decision-making, and ensure management focus is consistently directed at our highest-value priorities. You’ll act as a central integrator between Elgin, our international offices in Dublin, London, Rome, and Munich, and our main shareholder, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), the world’s largest dedicated greenfield energy investment fund manager, with over EUR 37bn raised. This is a senior, high impact role with significant exposure to our Board and investors.
