Job Description: The role of the Operations Excellence Manager is to direct Operations Excellence programs for the plant. These include Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs). In addition, the Operations Excellence Manager leads the Class A certification and recertification processes, ensuring a Class A culture is maintained at the site.
