Description Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is searching for a HVAC Service Technicians to join our Rockwall Team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in maintaining, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC systems. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems - Inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors - Educate clients on their heating and air conditioning systems and maintenance requirements - Develop client rapport by communicating effectively with customers and providing excellent customer service - Document service performed and recommendations made to client - Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams - This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary Requirements: - Current TDLR Registration - 3+ years of residential HVAC experience - Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of and understanding of the HVAC trade - Clean, neat and professional appearance - Excellent customer service and sales skills...
