Department: Parks & Public Facilities Division: Recreation Pay Range: $22.03 - $30.85 Hourly Midpoint: $26.44 Hourly Starting salaries generally fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Each offer depends on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, internal pay equity, and available budget. Salary offers are negotiated individually based on these factors. SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position provides essential administrative and clerical support at the Richland Community Center while playing an active role in customer service at the front desk. Recreation Aides are often the first point of contact, providing friendly, helpful assistance to guests in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include supporting class registrations, reserving park shelters, booking facility spaces, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This role also assists with setting up and resetting rooms and furniture for programs, events, and rentals, helping keep operations running smoothly.
