Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in manufacturing or product development. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. - Experience setting up manufacturing assembly processes, managing product launches and assembly process optimization within manufacturing operations. - Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication. - Experience as a technical lead for a Data Center electrical hardware engineering project. - Experience in managing Bill of Materials (BOM), Product data management tools like Agile, product-specific test plans and evaluating test coverage.
