Role Overview: The Customer Success Manager is responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will serve as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders, helping them achieve their goals and realize value from our products.
