Qualifications: - Project Management: Take charge of the site preparation and operational management for CEEP and MEDCASE projects. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring they meet objectives and execution requirements. - Organizational Structure: Establish and maintain an effective project team structure to support the completion of projects. - Compliance and Standards: Ensure all projects comply with contractual and regulatory requirements. Remain updated with codes and standards relevant to medical facility repairs and renovations. - Strategic Evaluation: Regularly conduct studies and reviews to assess management and organizational performance against project objectives.
