FLEX |N| GATE - ROYAL OAK: JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Weld Technician/Weld Technician Apprentices GENERAL SUMMARY: This position is responsible for technical ,mechanical ,pneumatic and electrical support, troubleshooting and repair of all Plant welding and assembly equipment. PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to: - installing, repairing, servicing machinery and equipment support systems - Identifying and trouble-shooting production problems - Maintaining production lines and performing predictive and preventive maintenance. - Supporting daily production addressing downtime expediently resetting faults replacing Sensors , Cords , Caps , shunts , etc…….In a timely manner. - Assuring all automatic nut/stud feeders are stocked verifying correct Part # and free of debris before filling machine. - Assuring all Sealer/Adhesive is working properly ,purged as required and replaced...
