We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented General Manager to support the daily operations of a thriving and rapidly growing Pilates brand. This role is key to ensuring smooth studio performance, efficient systems, and accurate reporting. Working closely with management, you will help build scalable processes and maintain the operational backbone that allows our brand to grow successfully. If you are exceptionally organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have advanced Excel skills to analyze and manage data, we want you on our team! - Operational Support & Excellence: Assist in overseeing day-to-day studio operations to ensure consistency and efficiency. Develop, implement, and maintain systems, processes, and workflows to support scalable growth. Ensure compliance with studio policies, procedures, and safety standards.
