This role provides centralized inside sales support across assigned regional offices, serving as an overflow extension of local teams while actively driving aftermarket parts revenue through targeted business development and customer engagement. This position focuses on expanding parts sales tied to the installed base, improving equipment uptime, and supporting full equipment lifecycle needs. The role serves as a key link between regional offices, customers, and internal operational teams to ensure responsive service and consistent revenue capture.
