Rogers Group is seeking motivated, punctual, and safety-focused Asphalt Paving Equipment Operators with previous paving experience for our Construction Team in Cookeville, TN. JOB DETAILS: - Full-Time - Day Shift (some night work required) - Location: Cookeville, TN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely operate paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers, and other related equipment as assigned. Assist with asphalt paving operations including placement, compaction, and finishing of hot mix asphalt. Follow all Rogers Group safety policies, procedures, and job site safety plans at all times.
