Job Description Purpose of the role: To raise capital and manage the financial risk of clients, including financial advisory services, identification and origination of market opportunities, research, economic analysis. Accountabilities: - Identification and cultivation of relationships with potential clients, including corporations, institutions, or government entities. - Market research and analysis to identify industry trends, potential deal opportunities, and client needs. - Collaboration with internal teams to develop pitch materials, financial models, and presentations for client meetings and transactions. - Structuring and execution of deals, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. - Due diligence process coordination, timeline management, and liaising between various stakeholders involved in transactions.
