Job description

BIFG Supply Planner We are looking for a motivated and analytical BIFG Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain Hub in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of Bought-In Finished Goods (BIFG) while maintaining optimal inventory levels to safeguard availability and secure agreed service levels. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to manage risks, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement. What You Will Do: Plan bought-in finished goods using SAP , considering lead times and minimum order quantities. Provide forecasts to suppliers to secure raw materials and capacity in line with Essity requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate potential product shortages and service risks. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and contribute to Vendor Logistics Reviews (VLRs) . Analyze, define and update safety stock levels for BIFG articles. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and define countermeasures for service level failures.
