Maintenance Technician

Overview: The Maintenance Technician is a key position on each of our production shifts. The incumbent works as a member of the Maintenance Department and provides technical assistance to the Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality Control Departments in resolving equipment or process problems of an immediate or developmental nature. We are looking for strong talent who can utilize their education knowledge and/or experience in assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with coordination, job oversight, design, engineering, technical troubleshooting, training, problem analysis, and programming as assigned. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - This position is for night shift starting at 7:00 pm-7:00 am - Working a rotating schedule - Must be self-motivated to follow up on maintenance activities. - When planned actions do not match actual results, assess the realistic nature of the task, and coach to completion when appropriate. - Provides technical assistance to General Maintenance Mechanics (GMMs) - On-site training resource for developing skills of GMM’s. - Attend meetings with Process Engineers and management to understand opportunities for continuous improvement. - Occasiona...
