The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of employee benefits and well-being programs. This role has a strong emphasis on benefits communications , leading the development and delivery of clear, engaging, and compliant messaging that drives employee understanding and participation. This role requires gaining deep expertise in benefits design, vendor management, and program implementation. The Senior Benefits Analyst will align benefits strategies with organizational goals, strengthen vendor partnerships, and deliver solutions that enhance both employee experience and operational efficiency. This position partners with HR, Finance, Corporate Communications, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure programs are competitive, cost-effective, and effectively communicated across the organization.
