CCI Construction and Utility Services, LLC (CCI-CUS) is growing! We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to execute and oversee a storm drain cleaning and utility marking contract for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Public Works Department (PWD) Pennsylvania. The candidate will manage the storm drain cleaning program and perform utility locating services for Navy utilities on Navy property. This person will perform Site Superintendent, Quality Manager, and Site Safety and Health Officer duties when storm drain cleaning activities are on-going. This person will receive PA811 calls and perform the utility marking based on the requirements of that call. This position will be based out of Philadelphia, PA.
