The leader is responsible for ensuring IU Health’s retail portfolio delivers the best possible patient and team member experience through accessibility, convenience, and great patient care. This role collaborates with senior leadership and front-line team members, executes organizational development strategy, and motivates change initiatives across the portfolio to optimize organizational potential and achieve strategic and operational objectives.
