Norden Range is a 270-unit development in beautiful Lake Country, with expansive amenities and nature trails. Previous lease up experience is required for this role. If you love the challenge and excitement of a lease up new lease-ups, this could be the position for you. What you'll do as a Leasing Professional: Quickly develop complete product knowledge of your apartment community; Respond to and convert e-mail and phone leads with prospective residents, into on-site personal tours of the apartment units; Lease apartments to meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals; Process applications and draft legal lease agreements using a template; Understand and follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times; Know competitive products and communicate trends/market conditions to the office team; Provide amazing customer service and assist residents with issues...
