This role provides direct field leadership and accountability for ensuring that all assigned work is performed in accordance with approved scope, safety requirements, quality standards, schedule commitments, and budget expectations. This role coordinates closely with the General Superintendent to plan, execute, and monitor work activities, ensuring disciplined adherence to approved work plans, proactive safety and quality control, effective workforce coordination, and consistent communication with field supervision and project stakeholders.
