Supervisor - Field Service

Job description

As the Supervisor - Field Service you will lead, direct, and execute the day-to-day operational objectives of one or more service technicians. You will manage projects, help coordinate team activities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with the customer contract. You will be in a field working position and must be skilled in heavy equipment operation. You must be geographically mobile. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Directs and manages project development from beginning to end according to the customer contract. - Provides daily direction to Field Service Supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects. - Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Directs customer interaction. - Set and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. - Tracks project milestones and deliverables.
