Become a part of our caring community The PCO learning team embeds the Learning Instructional Design Lead as part of the learning design function. The learning design function is broadly responsible for the design and development of all learning content across the PCO. The Learning Instructional Design Lead, reporting to the Associate Director of Learning Design, designs and develops enterprise learning solutions in partnership with education leads and important partners. This role takes responsibility for developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving all learning program content. This content is utilized by the PCO associates. The person in this role performs analysis, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates learning solutions. Main Responsibilities: - Use instructional design principles and methodologies, such as ADDIE, SAM, and AGILE Models, to design and storyboard enterprise learning content.
