Software Engineer III, Infrastructure, Kubernetes Networking

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of programming experience in one or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, Golang, Python, Java. - 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks. - Experience managing and maintaining a production-ready Kubernetes environment, offering IaaS to development teams, orchestrating changes and containerized infrastructure applications, monitoring cluster/infrastructure health, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring continuous uptime and performance. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. - Experience with Kubernetes networking principles, managing and troubleshooting network configurations in production Kubernetes environments for large enterprise. - Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine or similar. - Experience in areas of networking including Linux, software-defined networking, virtualization, open protocols, load balancing, DNS, virtual private networks and their application to IaaS technologies.
