Overview Overview: We’re seeking an exceptional Manager, Business Applications to lead a team of Business Analysts responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of our core enterprise HRIS, CRM, and ERP platforms along with associated Tier 2 tools in our application ecosystem. This role sits within the Corporate IT organization and reports to the Director of Business Technology. You'll be both a hands-on leader and a people manager – guiding your team through day-to-day support operations while owning vendor relationships, driving platform health, and helping set the direction for how HealthEdge gets value from its business applications.
