A Day in the Life: Commercial Leader Iran and Central Asia is responsible for steering Medtronic’s commercial agenda across this highly diverse region - driving market development and sales growth, building strong partnerships with distributors and healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with TURMECA’s strategic objectives. As a key member of the TURMECA Leadership Team, this role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and significant decision-making authority. It requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate global and regional trends, and translate strategy into impactful outcomes that ensure Medtronic’s therapies reach more patients across multiple geographies.
