We are looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Server to join our team! You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their visit with us by serving the tables in your section, taking dine-in and to-go orders, delivering beverages in a timely fashion, managing your running side work, and resolving customer issues. We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural-people-person with an eye for the details. Job Title: Server: Reports to: Manager on Duty Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary: The Tap Room Server occupies one of the most integral functions in the restaurant. Servers hold the responsibility of providing hospitality, receiving orders, maintaining the dining room, serving, and selling all while building a relationship with our guests.
