Farris Motor Company pays flat rate at top-of-market wages for the East Tennessee area, plus a 20% bonus on every Chrysler hour you turn. That bonus is paid on top of your normal flat rate — not a substitute for it. What you'll earn: - Flat rate pay: top of market for East Tennessee based on experience and certifications $30-$50 - 20% bonus on all Chrysler/CDJR hours turned (stacked on top of your flat rate) - Consistent, stable workflow. - Health, dental, vision, 401k with company match Your schedule: - 5-day work week - Service hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM - Every other Saturday off What you'll be doing: - Diagnosing and repairing all makes and models — engine, drivability, electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension - Working to factory standards with a team that takes quality seriously - Writing clear, complete repair orders and staying in communication with your Service Advisor - Keeping your bay clean and your work right the first time Who we're looking for: Why Farris We're not a revolving door.
