Job description

Work Schedule: any day of the week; minimum requirement of two 12-hour shifts every 4 weeks. This position provides direct nursing care to patients in the IPU, their families, interdisciplinary group management, coordination of patient and family services, and evaluation of appropriate hospice care through development of the Hospice plan of care.
