Job Summary: Responsible for all mold changes, machine startup and set up, machine shutdown, and all process troubleshooting. Ensure all machines run at optimum cycles and part quality is sustained. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities - Sets up molding machine parameters to produce quality acceptable parts for production. - Troubleshoots and perform process changes as needed on the injection molding machine. Perform mold changes quickly and efficiently as scheduled, including robot set up and programming. - Ensures machines are running efficiently and producing parts within standard. - Sets up all auxiliary and secondary equipment as required. - Trains operators in running production parts, monitoring their rates, and part quality.
