Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Job Description: The Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. Unique opportunity to be part of an exciting, short-term customer service project team. We are seeking diverse candidates with wide ranging experiences to play a crucial part in the success of this high-visibility government program. After completing a 5 day training program this team would respond to inbound calls and provide guidance and information to all Australians.
