Position Purpose: As the Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for providing a full range of Physical Therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Hours/Shift: Full-Time/Days - We offer some scheduling flexibility, along with 5/8 or 4/10 shift opportunities.
