IT Service Delivery Analyst II (Test) Department: Information Technology: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Redondo Beach: Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 / hour Description: The IT Service Delivery Analyst II (AI&T) at Impulse provides advanced technical support and serves as an escalation point for systems supporting engineering, integration, and test operations. This role resolves complex issues across endpoints, infrastructure, and test environments while ensuring operational readiness and reliability of systems used in integration and test activities. Analyst II works closely with infrastructure and engineering teams and plays a key role in supporting live test operations and improving service delivery processes.
